Once Raiders Standout Receiver, Amari Cooper To The Cowboys
Cooper will line up for the Cowboys against the Tennessee Titans after the bye week.
The move is set to help the Cowboys struggling receiving corps, opening up more room for the Dak Prescott to spread the field.
With Tavon Austin out and Terrance Williams not expected back this season, the Cowboys were in desperate need for a strong wideout.
Cooper was a first-round draft pick in 2015 but has failed to live up to the hype of late. A new home in Arlington Texas will hopefully breathe new life into Cooper’s career.
The Cowboys had been linked with moves for several other players, including DeVante Parker.
This sets up the Raiders nicely for a solid run at the 2019 draft. They will now have three picks in the first round as they look to rebuild their side under Head Coach Job Gruden.
According to reports, Cooper isn’t the only Raiders player who is linked with a move away from Oakland. There is about to be a huge fire sale before the October 30 deadlines.
The #Raiders are now in a full rebuild. They have three first-rounders for the 2019 draft. And I bet they aren’t done yet. Karl Joseph is another first-rounder available. My understanding is Derek Carr and CB Gareon Conley are among those not considered likely to be traded.

Only time will tell if this move will benefit the Cowboys in 2018.
